**We are seeking a Voids Supervisor to be based in West Cornwall**

Are you ready to take charge and lead a dynamic team? We're on the hunt for a Voids Supervisor to play a pivotal role in our Repairs and Maintenance Directorate

**What You'll Do**:
As our Voids Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house Voids Team, ensuring top-notch service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your mission is to manage approximately 12 Trades Operatives with efficiency, driving performance and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute team targets alongside the Voids Manager
- Craft and revise daily schedules for optimal workforce deployment
- Conduct site visits to ensure work progress and safety compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Champion performance management and drive organisational change

Bring your A-game with relevant trade qualifications, proven partnership-building skills and a knack for driving results. Your expertise in procurement, contracts and H&S will be invaluable as you lead our team to success
