**About the job**

**Salary**:Circa £27,000 per annum

**Hours**:up to 37 hpw

We are looking for a trainee Maintenance Surveyor/Surveyor to assist in the management and delivery of quality maintenance and general property improvement works to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality to homes across Coastline’s housing stock or others as required. You will also be responsible for providing an accurate breakdown of costs, sourcing and specifying high-quality products and providing technical support across the team.

This role requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory DBS check.
