Join our team at Pocket Geek Tech Repair Cardiff as a receptionist and provide top-notch customer service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers, arranging appointments, and sharing your passion and knowledge of our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping customers and arranging appointments
- Being knowledgeable about our products and services
- Keeping track of our stock and making sure we never run out
- Working with an online system to manage phone repair insurance customers
- Processing payments and using the till
- Managing online orders and spreadsheets, and creating social media posts

**Requirements**:

- A passion for customer service and a positive attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to learn and use an online system for phone repair insurance customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,278.19-£29,279.07 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
