**Moxie is supporting a Cardiff Based Housing Association to recruit for a temporary Repairs Scheduler, to provide cover for an initial 2-month period.**

As the Repairs Coordinator, you will play an integral role in providing administrative support to a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team. This role will be based in Cardiff.

**What will you do?**
- Taking reports of repairs over the phone from tenants
- Co-ordinating repairs with the in-house DLO, external contractors, and tenants
- Closing jobs upon completion
- Ensuring all compliance and Health & Safety documents are on file and stored correctly

**What will you need?**
- Experience of working in a similar maintenance, repairs or compliance role, ideally within the housing sector.
- Proven record of rigorous contract administration to deliver compliance and accuracy
- Capacity to start this contract in November
