**Your Role**:
As our Receptionist & Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported. You'll be the first point of contact, managing interactions with a friendly and professional attitude, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide a memorable first impression.
- **Customer Service**: Address inquiries about products, services, and repairs with accurate and timely information.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Arrange repair appointments and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update customer interaction and sales records using spreadsheets.
- **Transaction Processing**: Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- **Inventory Assistance**: Help manage stock, including receiving and conducting inventory checks.
- **Sales Promotion**: Use your sales skills to promote and sell gadgets and accessories, aiming to exceed sales targets.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Interact with customers on social media to upsell and promote products, driving online sales and foot traffic.
- **IT Support**: Provide basic troubleshooting and IT support to customers.
- **Tech Savvy**: Stay informed about computer systems, mobile devices, and tech trends to assist customers effectively.
- **Reception Area Maintenance**: Keep the reception area tidy, reflecting the store’s professionalism.

- **Flexible Availability**: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management, IT Support, or a related field is a plus.
