**PART TIME RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT**
- Niche Solicitors’ Firm based in Canton, Cardiff seeks_ a Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant (preferable 20hrs - Monday 9:30am - 2:30pm & Tuesday 9am - 5 & Thursday 9am - 5pm) on a permanent basis. Within this role you will work as part of a team to provide the highest level of customer service and support to the Fee Earners. Office in CF11 9ND. PARKING PERMIT AVAILABLE.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Answering calls and dealing with client queries, and appointment bookings
- Taking secure electronic payments within company guidelines
- Filing of documents awaiting collection,
- Photocopy, scanning and printing of bundles & incoming / outgoing post.
- Re-naming and saving scanned documents to client management system
- Booking interpreters when needed withing company guidelines, recording bookings and taking payment if required.
- Ensuring a variety of photocopying, scanning and printing jobs from around the office are actioned promptly and saved electronically.
- Opening, sorting, and delivering incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail.
- Stationary monitoring, requesting required items from Office Manager to order
- Empty Bins / General housekeeping (shared)
- Welcoming guests and visitors and providing a very high level of hospitality and customer service.

**The Person**:
For this role we are seeking someone who has fantastic customer service skills and ideally this will have been gained in a reception environment, also someone who is self-motivated and well presented with a professional manner. Some of our clients are non / limited English speaking, so patience and understanding is important. Excellent spoken and written English language skills. Computer literacy is also a necessity. Full Training on inhouse procedures will be given.

Part time position - 20 hours with a flexible requirement to cover holidays / sickness if needed. **Prefered hours would Monday 9:30am-2:30pm, Tuesday 9-5pm, Thursday 9am - 5pm.**

**Qualifications**:

- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Administrative experience with a focus on data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Typing speed and accuracy for handling various administrative duties
- Office experience is a plus for this role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
