Stakeholder Engagement Team Administrator

To co-ordinate and arrange attendance at external forums and various groups as required. Preparing material packs/presentations for representatives from the service to use, ensuring up to date information is included. Organising buffet / car parking arrangements as required. Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing and responding effectively to queries from key stakeholders, service providers and passing on relevant information and escalating issues to other team members whilst creating effective working relationships with key contacts across the organisation Maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing information that requires to be delivered with tact, persuasion and confidentiality.
Collate responses to stakeholder queries from Stakeholder Engagement Managers. Liaise with internal departments such as Commercial and Finance, to raise purchase orders to be authorised and to track these using Integra system, liaising with signatories to ensure prompt payment to suppliers. Responsible for ordering stock, control and distribution of all consumables to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet business requirements. Managing and reviewing intranet homepage content alongside colleagues, ensuring information is up to date, is user focused and easy to navigate.
