Digby Morgan are delighted to be working with an incredible and large organisation who are looking for a hard-working and passionate Senior Human Resources Administrator or Human Resources Assistant to join their friendly and welcoming team.

This organisation is looking for a proactive HR Administrator or HR Assistant who can hit the ground running in a fast paced role and get involved in a variety of aspects of Human Resources.

Key attributes required for this role include:

- Knowledge of the full HR generalist remit
- Proven experience in supporting the end to end recruitment process
- Act as a point of contact for all HR related queries
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Ability to carry out the full onboarding and offboarding process
- Support with coordination of new start training plans
- Aid in implementing a new payroll system
- Ensuring that the HR system is kept up to date
- Possess an understanding of Employee Relations
