**This is a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid with ad hoc travel to the Southampton office to connect with the team.**

**Your purpose**:
As the People Data Administrator, you will play a key role within the People Operations team. Your core purpose will be to support with the administration of our foundation data required to populate our people system. The role will drive efficiencies and recognise opportunities for continuously improving our data quality and accuracy and highlighting areas for improvement to ensure a great experience for our people.

**Your role**
- Manage tickets within People Data using Service Now HRSD Pro, within our SLA’s
- Supporting the People Specialists with the creation of our foundation data to accurately capture any new business/ department requirements
- Support the maintenance of our hierarchy data by running a suite of exception reports to include the following
- Organisational changes (including structure and cost centre movement/change)
- Incomplete new starter data
- People transfers across teams
- Audit reporting
- Act as a point of contact for People teams globally for foundation data design, supporting them in making informed decisions about the data hierarchies that are adopted regionally
- Supporting the continuous streamlining of processes and helping to manage the People system for more efficient use

**What you’ll bring**
- An understanding of HR processes and previous exposure to HR data
- Ability to handle and manipulate large and complex data sets, managing the data lifecycle
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills and experience of handling confidential and complex data sets
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload with a number of competing activities at any one time
