Your purpose as an Administrator within the Accredited Courses team is to support in all aspects of the administration of the management and structure of the courses. As part of the wider Professional Development team at Specsavers, you will be responsible for building course content, assessments, and pages on our learning management system.
You will also be required to extract data from various online systems, using the data to create reports for stakeholders across the business and awarding body. You will support the provision of online training using software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You will be expected to work from start to finish on certain projects, assist the PTD team as and when required and support stores by fielding queries from students/stores.
**Your role**:
- Assist in the administration of accredited courses: Cert 3 & Cert 4 on the Learning Management System (LMS) and the Assessment Management System (AMS)
- Extract, and load user and training data, and distribute reports to various sources as required.
- Register users on external professional body systems
- Build and support technically online Zoom/Teams events for Accredited Courses and CPD events.
