**Mitie Technical Services are looking for a PPM Delivery Administrator, based in the**Whiteley, Hampshire**.**

**What are the Job Objectives and Responsibilities?**

Support PPM delivery Manager with;
- PPM/ET&I programme delivery
- PPM/ET& Allocations
- Weekly/monthly reporting
- Data Management
- PPM/ET&I compliance checks
- Client Reports
- Conduct compliance checks in line with business/contract requirements
- Understand and comply with policies and procedures
- Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

What are the Person Specification and Experience required?
- Logistical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the
- business and to external parties
- Willing to learn new skills and take opportunities to expand quality of service
- Microsoft Intermediate Excel skills
- Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system
- Experience of working in a similar maintenance administrator role

**Health and Safety Responsibilities**
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
