**The task at hand: **We are currently searching for a dynamic and ambitious Project Delivery Administrator to join the Onecom team on a 3-month FTC role. This is a pivotal role within Project Delivery team and will be responsible for managingand delivering on all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

- Processing order approvals, renewals, new case queue management & CRM communication
- Administering team billing queries
- Act as the single point of contact for CRM communications into Project Delivery Team
- Managing the smooth delivery of Onecom products and services to customers including transactional orders and telephony system MAC
- Management and provision of orders
- Liaising with sales teams/ on urgent order requests, acknowledgement and providing information on lead times

**You'll be great in this role if**:You are a personable, approachable and results driven character that thrives on a busy and fast paced environment You will have previous experience within project administration and a PRINCE 2 qualificationis desirable. You will have outstanding attention to detail, be self-motivated with a commitment to further processional and personal development.
