Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with an exciting manufacturing business to recruit for a HR Administrator on a 6 month temporary contract. The role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record working as an administrator in a HR department.The company is based in Bathgate, West Lothian. Office hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, 35hrs per week.

**Role Overview**

**Duties**
- Support the recruitment process by entering and posting vacancies.
- Monitoring, managing and responding to applicants and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain HR records in line with our retention policy.
- Monitor the HR and Recruitment mailboxes, responding to first-line enquiries, and/ or escalating to another member of the team, in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Assist in the digitisation employee files and payroll files by scanning paper files, collating and uploading digital files to the HR System.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects.
- Assist the end-to-end collating and processing of monthly payroll, including statutory year end returns, in accordance with strict pay dates and timescales.
- Liaise directly with multiple 3rd parties in relation to payroll, pension, and benefit administration.
- Produce Payroll & HR related management information reports.
- Assist with improving payroll processes and payroll efficiency's.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

**Experience required**
- Experience working in an administrative role.
- Experience working in a HR environment.
- Experience processing payroll and pension administration desirable.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use own initiative, with mínimal supervision.
- Good multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work within tight time frames during busy periods.
