Genius Foods Ltd is one the largest Gluten Free Bakeries within the UK. We are looking for a **Senior HR Advisor** for a **Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months **to be basedin our Bathgate office with very occasional visits to our small site in Scunthorpe ( Visit every 2- 3 months).

You will be an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for their next challenging role. You will have a generalist background and if possible come from an FMCG type organisation.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Deliver effective HR service to aligned business area.
- Assist people leaders with policy implementation and best practice.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide professional advice and guidance.
- Support the development and implementation of policies including disciplinary and grievance, performance management, absence, and redundancy.
- Assist in HR projects.
- Work in partnership with Training
- Provide effective case management covering complex case work.
- Manage maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests.
- Responsible for the onboarding of colleagues
- Produce operational reports.
- Responsible for the administration of all benefits

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
