Join a small, friendly yet rapidly growing independent business supporting Financial Brokers and working as a team to ensure the smooth running of all administration functions and managing the day-to-day activities in the office

In the Administration Officer job, you will be:

- Completing financial documents and communicating with financial partners
- Dealing with enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Providing administration support including fact-finding, organising, and attending meetings, dealing with correspondence, updating sales support documents and maintaining CRM database systems
- Supporting our Mortgage Brokers wherever necessary and help the team to deliver company objectives

To be considered for the Administration Officer role you must have:

- Previous administration & office experience
- A customer focused approach - Good communication skills both written and verbal, with well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office; Excel; Power point
- Strong administration skills including diary management, data handling, and the ability to draft high quality reports and letters
- Excellent organisational and time management skills along with an exemplary attention to detail
- Drive and ambition with a team player attitude
- The ability to work in a confidential manner at all times
- A good standard of education
- Full UK driving licence

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-3.30pm and is based in offices in St Asaph.
In return, a salary of £19,000 per annum is on offer, plus annual performance related bonus, courses & exams paid for, career progression, thus greatly increasing earning potential.
