In the HR Administration job, you will be:

- Assisting with the day-to-day HR administration functions including payroll administration, documentation, record keeping, and compensation and benefits administration
- Preparing and collating data for reports and ensuring relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and compliant with legislation
- Providing employee service support and communicating correspondence throughout the organisation
- Supporting payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellbeing activities

In the HR Administrator job, you will need:

- Strong administration and clerical experience within a HR environment
- Working knowledge of payroll
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness, flexibility and a hands-on approach to undertake an extensive range of tasks
- The ability to work within a team and use own initiative
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

This is a 6-month position working full time hours _(working hours are typically 8.15 am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.15am to 12.15pm on Friday)_. You’ll be based in offices in St Asaph and on a salary IRO of £15.39 per hour depending on skills and experience.
