The Fifth Wheel Company is a multi-award-winning team celebrating our 20th anniversary and proudly leading the way in design & manufacturing of luxury caravans.

A successful group of three business’:

- The Fifth Wheel Company: manufacture luxury touring caravans.
- The White House, Restaurant, Rooms and SPA.
- Rhuallt Country Park, Touring and Holiday Park.

This new roles within the business will involve assisting in the day-to-day office work that supports each business, ranging from answering the telephone and taking bookings to minute taking for meetings and database management administration work.

The job role will include:

- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Supporting the Sales Team: - Collating literature for Trade Shows, printing brochures & specification sheets. Typing quotes, mail shots and database input.
- Assist with reservation booking for the Touring Park and prepare the quarterly utility bills for processing.
- Preparing and distribute annual Pitch Licence agreements for Seasonal pitch owners and Static caravan owners.
- E-mail managements for the Accounts teams, Touring park, Sales and General.
- Electronically filing purchase ledger invoice/statements ready for processing.
- Contacting Suppliers for Copy invoices as required.
- Running weekly reports e.g. Reservations, Resdiary, Catperpay
- Weekly stationary order for stores.
- Collating and binding monthly financial reports.
- Minute taking for meetings as required.
- General administration and filing of documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
