**Administration Assistant**

Looking for a new, permanent, Administrative role?

**Responsibilities**
- Complete administration tasks for the office team.
- Ensure consistent and accurate management of the filing system.
- Utilise Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel programs.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct department or individual.
- Assist with sorting correspondence, both incoming and outgoing post.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an Administration role is essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in administration and communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,200.00 per year
