**Key Responsibilities**:

- Payroll Administration, inclusive of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (to include P11D, Company Vehicle Registration, Pensions etc).
- Company-wide committee facilitation and participation;
- Company employee communications;
- Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
- Employee service support
- Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and compliant with legislation
- Preparing data and provision of information for reports
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office

**Requirements**:
**Personal Specification**:
You must be confident, analytical, enthusiastic and well-organised. Flexibility, good communication skills (talking to people face to face or over the phone and building relationships) and the ability to work under pressure to achieve demanding objectives are all essential skills for this position.
