The company are looking for an Outbound Booking Advisor to join their busy Contact Centre Team based at Cardiff Audi.

**In this role you will**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- Make outbound calls about seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work and other service related issues
- Manage all service telephone enquiries on behalf of the dealership(s)
- Qualify service needs and promote sales through service opportunities where relevant
- Establish understanding and an agreement with customer of work to be carried out
- Manage any necessary liaison with department manager(s) regarding customer feedback
- Understand and adhere to the brand service requirements
- Maintain product knowledge, possess a keen attention to detail and ability to drive your own performance

**In order to be successful for this position, you will need;**
- Have previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Have the ability to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs
- Have excellent interpersonal / customer skills
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Be organised and have good attention to detail
