Group Human Resources Advisor

**The Opportunity;**
The role of the Group Human Resources Advisor is busy and challenging opportunity where you will be working to service the full group across 8 countries, supporting the Group HR Manager in facilitating HR best practice. This role requires someone to displaya high amount of curiosity, to find out what we do and why, and a proactive approach in making positive improvements where and when required.The role reports into the Group HR Manager but has strong links with all Group management, and wider support team.
- Supporting the Group HR Manager to provide an effective and efficient HR service to Nigel Wright Group in a generalist capacity through contract management, policy administration, employee lifecycle and reporting.
- Involvement in process improvement projects including; international policy review, payroll process mapping and review and benefits process mapping and review.
- Providing a high-quality proactive service to managers and colleagues on all aspects of HR to help incorporate the values of Nigel Wright.
- Package and benefits: Competitive salary, hybrid working available. 25 days holiday + 1 day per years service up to a maximum of 30 days service, sabbatical after 5 years service, Aviva healthcare, 5% matched pension, city centre location.
**The Person;**:

- Previous experience of working in an HR Advisory role, or high-level Administration role looking to take a step up.
- Experience of HR process improvement.
- Experience of working in partnership with payroll and wider support functions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time to work to various schedules and deadlines.
- Customer service orientated.
- Team player who can also work independently and on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills. Be able to work at pace using Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Strong written, verbal communication skills to liaise with UK and international employees and providers. Minimum Grade 6/B - GCSE Maths and English.
