Your responsibilities will include:Strategic Partnering: Translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives.Talent Management: Leading performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.Change Management: Supporting the business through organisational change, restructures, and transformations.Employee Relations: Coaching and guiding managers on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and best practice.Organisational Development: Identifying and implementing OD interventions to improve efficiency and employee engagement.Reward & Recognition: Collaborating on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.What We Are Looking ForProven Experience: Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within a fast-moving commercial sector.Qualifications: CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand financial drivers and how HR strategy supports commercial success.The Right Attitude: A proactive, collaborative, and resilient approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.Location: Based in or easily commutable to our Newcastle upon Tyne office.What We Offer£55,000 - £65,000 basic salaryExcellent Benefits PackageCareer Growth: Significant opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive and ambitious company.A Fantastic Location: Work in a dynamic city known for its friendly culture, stunning architecture, and vibrant social scene
