**Summary**
A call centre based in West London who serve cosmetic clinics & suites in the Harley Street and other national locations seek part and full time call centre agents. This is a rare opportunity to work in a fantastic role at a prestigious institution. We are a leading centre for dermatology and hair transplants.

**Essential for role**:

- Ability to inform and recommend services that are responsive to peoples needs
- Good listening skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- IT Literate
- Good Phone etiquette, phone calling skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

**Desirable**:

- Advise on recommended treatments products, pre and post treatment care
- Face to face interaction on video calls
- Basic business acumen
- Fundamental office work
- First Aid
- Previous selling experience.

PAY RATE Base rate dependant on experience and skills offered. Commission available
HOURS Full time. Part time available

**Salary**: £12,917.00-£35,568.00 per year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
