**Role:Market Lead - Sustainability**

**Role Purpose**

Your role as **Market Lead - Sustainability** is to support the growth of the business in terms of both revenue and profitability to set targets of new business from both new and existing clients, enhance brand awareness, perception and positioningwithin operating markets.

In the role you will be selling Sustainability packages including Air Quality, Carbon Services, Environmental Management, CSR and related services, and will be expected to deliver set sales targets and commensurate pipeline and establish sales strategiesto develop business in sectors personally and wider through a deep understanding of the clients business needs in this market, and marketplace trends both on the horizon and within competing organisations.

**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable senior sales track record; with example large client accounts
- Key Account/ Large Contract management sales showing you are: Solution driven, capable of Strategic thinking, and senior level Influencing/Negotiation Skills
- Ideally proven success selling in UK Testing Inspection and Certification market or similar regulatory or consultancy services
- Ability to manage a complex selling environment where objectives between the client and BV may not always be aligned
