TrainWithUs is a remote shared service team for compliance training that operates across all divisions within M Group Services. We specialise in maintaining key learning management systems for the Group and arranging any training and development needs requiredfor our contracts. We are a growing team that is committed to developing and furthering our employees in their careers.
**Who you are?**
As a Training Administrator within the TrainWithUs team, you will provide administrative support to the Training Coordinators and work within a customer-focused environment, effectively responding to queries and administrative demands.

**As the Training Administrator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:
- Maintaining employee training records and course outcomes within the LMS.
- Issuing system logins to end users and aid when required.
- Maintaining the online training calendar by liaising with external providers to determine course outcomes and approving payments.
- To act as a first point of call for all queries received via phone call.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

- Be able to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide first class customer service to our customers.
- Be able to learn and understand new IT systems.
- Be forward thinking, looking for new and innovative ways to improve our services and processes.
- Be able to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks to meet SLAs.
- Have a willingness to ask questions to gain knowledge, improve performance and develop own skills
