At TTC Group we are the leading provider of road safety education and pioneers in driver compliance and fleet risk management. Our Driver Risk Management division is a fast-growing business, offering a innovative range of driver training and risk management solutions to both large and small organisations.

Due to sustained growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Licence Bureau division on a full-time, permanent basis at our Telford Head Office (TF1 6QJ) working within our professional driver training and compliance business to provide planning and administration support across the full training delivery lifecycle. More specifically, you will be the first point of contact for client bookings, work closely with our nationwide Driver Trainer panel to plan future courses and availability and coordinate all necessary course delegate materials and follow ups, post course completion.

**The role**:

- Schedule course dates, venues and resources to deliver service, working to the “Right first time, every time” philosophy.
- Develop strong customer relationships with key account contacts.
- Effective planning and implementation of new business.
- Prioritise tasks to meet supply and demand.
- Ensure deadlines are met to customers needs.
- Update all internal databases accurately and confidentially.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Obtain feedback from clients and provide to management team, acting on advice where applicable.
