Recruitment Business Partner

**We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our team.**
You’ll be working with senior stakeholders across all of our sites, supporting them with talent planning and recruitment, providing valuable market insights and ensuring all your hiring communities are kept up to date with recruitment.
Key to this role is proactive stakeholder management and being able to forge and grow relationships with people at all levels across the business in order to facilitate operational excellence.
It’s vital you understand the importance of partnerships with cross functional partners and the ability to leverage these to achieve results in in things like branding, marketing, EVP and workforce planning.
We are a team of 5, who are massively collaborative, innovative and passionate about recruitment. As you join us you’ll have the chance to join an experienced team who will support you to establish yourself in a business that is going through some really exciting change.
**Brief overview of some of the key responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of our recruitment from end to end, create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to market conditions, headcount plans and demand
- Partner with hiring managers, providing expertise and solutions to their needs, educate and support them with process and governance
- Advertise, screen and source talent through various channels keeping diversity at the heart of what we do
- By understanding the importance of data and governance in the recruitment process, you’ll own your data and ensure systems and reports are up to date & accurate
**Experience we are really hoping to find**:
- Experience working in a fast paced recruitment role where you have managed priorities and deadlines
- Have owned end to end recruitment before, with the ability to influence, challenge appropriately and educate your stakeholders
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, things are changing and we find ourselves navigating the unfamiliar territory at times
- Top notch communication, able to manage comms across various mediums in a clear and professional manner
- Bring a passion for new, fresh ideas and happy to adapt to better ways of working
- A commercial and business awareness, understanding how your role and influence effects the wider business and strategy
- Experience designing and running recruitment and attraction events tied to the business hiring plans and goals
