We are now looking to hire a US market Talent Recruiter to fulfil a 360 recruiter role within our team of Alchemists.

**Duties of the US Talent Recruiter include**:

- Successfully managing and delivering end to end recruitment solutions
- Developing business across the USA with new and existing clients
- Sourcing talent via various channels
- Fostering and developing client relationships ensuring placement success and excellent service delivery
- Managing complex recruitment processes
- Handling the 360 recruitment cycle
- Managing and mentoring staff over time
