You will offer support, development opportunities or aid them in finding new external job opportunities. You will build a new client pool and bring our full offerings to progressive companies by providing complex talent solutions across Leadership Development, Embedded Talent Solutions, and Executive Search.Impel Talent is changing the way the industry treats people. We offer recruitment services, career coaching services, and training and development support for organisations and individuals. Our goal is to impel the careers of the individuals we represent which means offering various support channels for people to rise to the best of their ability.Work in a department focused on industries, clients, and projects that are posed to change the world and contribute to our journey to Net ZERO, The exploration of our universe, or developing life saving medicines.You will also be heavily involved with the launch of our new online app and platform called "Impel Connect" offering resources, coaching, and development to candidates find our more at Responsibilities:Build a new client base across a key function in our Renewable, Life Sciences or Space & Technology group.
