London, United Kingdom RHR Full time

We are currently looking for a reward advisor to join the HR team of this successful and respected brand. This is a great opportunity to help the reward team move even further forward in driving equity and transparency in all pay and reward for all employees. As a brand that aims to be at the forefront in looking after its employees, this will be a key role in helping to provide the data to ensure that these aims are achieved.

In this role you will develop and monitor pay governance frameworks to drive equity and transparency. You'll evolve the reward data analytics and dashboards, working with the current HR information system and teams to ensure the data is accurate, allowing the team to make key decisions to move the people strategy forward.
