In the role of Reward Advisor you will support the delivery of Reward products and processes to HR Business Partners and Infrastructure (division) functions in order to facilitate effective client decision making in areas such as market data, new hires, terminations, buy-outs, equity programs, bonus and base salary modelling, regional Reward issues and other Infrastructure specific issues.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide support to Business Partners and clients in delivery of year end process and provides advice on policy and procedures
- Provide explanation and advice on technical details on equity and deferred compensation plan rules, particularly with reference to year end annual awards
- Support Business Partners in managing the job matching and benchmarking process including liaison with external market data providers
- Create and maintain internal compensation ranges
- Consolidate and analyze global market data and market intelligence to be used to deliver relevant and timely market trends presentations to senior managers
- Provide advice on the compensation package of new hires including salary and bonus

**Your skills and experience**
- Experienced in human resources and / or with compensation processes within a large matrix organization
- You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and strong numerical skills
- You have and good understanding of the market environment within performance, reward and compensation
- You'll have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Strong communication & consulting skills across a range of stakeholder groups
