**Role: Total Reward Advisor**

Terms: Permanent, full time, office based

Location: London or Weybridge

The Prax Group is looking for a Total Reward Advisor to administer employee rewards and assist with our move towards a smart benefits landscape that will increase performance, organisational trust and employee satisfaction.

The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as best place to work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administration support for the company's total reward offering.
- Ensure that the company’s total reward offering is well communicated and updated through all appropriate channels.
- Researching and providing relevant internal and external data and information to support the ongoing modification and development of the company’s total reward offering (including incentives, pensions, share plans, healthcare, risk benefits and other ad hoc benefits).
- Liaise with stakeholders and external providers to implement an online benefits system for employees.
- Ensure that reward programmes and practices are compliant with current legislation.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organisational surveys to define what motivates and engages employees.
- Maintain a database of job descriptions, job evaluations and job classifications.
- Evaluate salary and market surveys to determine benchmark reward rates and benefits.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics linked to appraisals.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits role or an HR role with a focus on Reward and/or Payroll.
- Knowledge of current legislation, regulations and reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £45,000.00 per year
