**Sales Administrator**

The Role:
Working in a rapidly developing small family distribution business, this is a customer focused role with plenty of variety, communicating with customers and suppliers both face to face, and over the telephone, using the internal IT systems to generate ordering and delivery information for customers and suppliers.

What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks, with a product-based background, an advantage. Some experience working in a similar sales & distribution environment will be helpful. You should be self-motivating, enthusiastic, willing to learn new skills and bring your experience to the role. Good levels of IT and numeracy skills are essential, use of social media and web shop platforms, you should be confident, customer & supplier focused and able to use the telephone to communicate well both internally and externally.

Appropriate training will be provided where required.

- To process sales & purchase orders accurately in line with the needs of the business.
- Ability to use your own initiative, multi-task and be proactive.

- Some technical knowledge an advantage.
- Willing to help in other departments in busy periods.

Pay: £17,829.30-£27,319.66 per year
