The Warmer Group are looking for an enthused member to join our team for a well-established local insulation company. We would welcome candiates looking for Part-time or Full
- time work.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation and play a pivotal role part in our growth plans and the success of The Warmer Group. A presentable highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our office team, with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
**Duties**:
- To write reports dictated by surveyors following on from appointment visits
- To liaise with landlords and customers
- Target Marketing
- Answering the telephone
- Manage surveyors and technicians diaries
- Typing reports
- Processing paperwork
- General admin duties
- Communicating with social and private landlords
**Required Skills**:
- Must be able to compose a letter
- Good written and verbal communication skills - This is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work
- Mature, focused and hardworking attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- The Ability to work well as a team
- Telephone skills
- Ability to Work Without Supervision
Hours to suit and wage depending on the hours and experience.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
