Office Administrator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline office processes and improve overall productivity.
- Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and ordered when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
