**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 4+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role within a scale-up or Tech company
- A proven track record of recruiting top Tech talent quickly across a variety of positions (e.g. Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, DBAs, etc.)
- You are a natural communicator and can engage the room effortlessly when presenting, speaking and demonstrating
- You are used to working with data to make processes more efficient
