**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**
- Answering phone calls and filtering/taking messages
- Social media content and promotion
- Developing marketing projects
- Tracing marketing performance indicators
- General administrative tasks
- Preparing marketing and/or research reports for your Line Manager/Head Manager
- Carrying out research tasks
- Following Company guides and literature to maintain standardisation and quality
- Customer satisfaction: after sales
- Liaising with customers
- Enrolment, administration and tracking of apprentices
- Develop, design and take responsibility for a Company newsletter
- Creation of job cards
- Filing on cloud-based services and paperwork
- Greeting visitors, taking deliveries
- Tracking of specific key performance indicators and operations information
- Logging of enquiries
- Use and creation of spreadsheets
**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Experience of use with Apple devices
- Demonstrable and excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Able to work accurately and to deadlines
- Ability to collate and to produce reports for the management team
- Marketing skills and awareness ie. terminology, knowledge of using social media apps and business suites
- Knowledge of google analytics
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,632.00 per year
