Newstaff Employment Services are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for a permanent role based in Rooksley Milton Keynes
We are ideally looking for someone that has worked within Car Fleet or knowledge around this area would be a huge bonus. You will ideally need to have experience within in a similar role with hands on experience
Car Fleet:
- Ensue car tracker is kept up to date
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance records and provide support to staff car related problems
- Deal with new car bookings for employees and return of vehicles after lease expiry
- Work with car fleet providers to ensure vehicles are kept in best roadworthy condition
HR Department:
- Provide administrative support
- Support the recruitment process
- Typing correspondence
- Filling
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required
Other Duties:
- Support the senior management team
- Plan, take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
- Ad hoc duties
- Using MS office, word, and excel
**Skills**:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Confidentiality
- Strong IT and typing skills
- Good team-working skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, wih the ability to converse at Director and Board level
- Attention to detail
Shifts & Salary:
- Monday to Friday
- Up to 30k depending on experience
