**Job Role: Full Time 3rd Line Support Engineer**

**Location: London, hybrid**

**Key Responsibilities**

A global client of ours has shared an exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team in central London.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will provide 3rd line support, leading and aiding the internal team in problem resolution. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT functions across all sites, having excellent troubleshooting skills. Therole will combine BAU support and project work on a Hardware refresh program.

Our client is great organisation to work for and offer a hybrid model and flexibility in terms of working style, respectively 2/3 days of remote work per week.

**Skills and Experience**
- VMware, Office365, Windows Server, Strong Active Directory skills.
- SCCM (for Patching and device builds)
- Cisco switches, firewall (ASA) and VPN technologies.
- Previous 3rd line support desirable
