KM4HR are delighted to be again supporting our services client to recruit a HR Compliance & Operations Manager in this newly created role
The Operations and Compliance manager will support the continued development of a great reputation as an employer through the effective and efficient management of all people related operations, polices, procedures and ensuring that all staff and managersare aware of HR matters that impact on their everyday life within this exciting organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding employees and ensuring they have access to resources
- Supporting and engaging employees and ensuring that all queries are addressed in an efficient manner.
- Help to maintain, manage, and deliver employee benefits.
- Ensure that all job descriptions are up to date and provide guidance to managers on development of job descriptions for all new roles
- Provide the required administration, documentation and correspondence required to maintain the effective operations of the full HR life cycle, contracts, probations, variations, starters, leavers, promotions, secondment, appraisal process, etc
**Whats needed & Background**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- CIPD qualification or working towards one
- Demonstrable level of experience within the role
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of employment legislation
- Ability to conduct self and work duties in a manner compliant with employment law
- the ability to recognize and create opportunities and to act accordingly.
- The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently
- To be able to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of interpersonal & communication skills
- High Level of Planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills essential
