**The role?**
A permanent role has arisen for an Administrator to work in our workshops here at our main base facility in Aberdeen. This is a permanent role offering 37.5 hours per week. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the workshops as directed. Other main duties and responsibilities will include;
- Assist in keeping workshop planners accurate and up to date
- Co-ordinate collation and submission of workshop timesheets
- Produce accurate test certification packs
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain component prices and assist in quotation preparation
- Create PO requests and liaise with procurement and stores
- Organize timely deliveries or collections, internally and externally
- Maintain an update of all paperwork correctly and efficiently, within the relevant project folders
