**// What we would like you to do**

We’re looking for a People Ops Coordinator to come and join our People function to help us build out a set of people-ops workflows that enable our teams to do their best work. As our first people operations hire within the business, you’ll have the opportunity to support our CPO in creating an engaging and welcoming onboarding experience, bringing order to our internal policies, ensuring the flow of communication is second to none, and bringing Hazy’s fantastic culture to life.

This could be a great next step for a people experience associate or someone with workplace operations or office management experience in a start-up or scale up, or maybe you are super organised, you have strong emotional intelligence, a natural ability for building connections and a desire to grow in a people focused role.

You will help coordinate Hazy’s people experience:

- Work across the company to own and support people-centric projects that delight our team and help them do what they do best.
- Own operational processes across the People functions e.g. new joiner onboarding, people tools management and troubleshooting, offboarding,
- Participate and lead on D&I and wellbeing initiatives
- Participate and lead on organising team socials and offsites
- Support CPO with ad-hoc projects depending on team feedback and strategic priorities.
- Act as a point of contact on people queries from employees and managers.
- Have a key role to play in continuously making Hazy a better place to work for everyone, where community is key.

**// What you bring**
- Have worked in People, HR or People Ops teams before.
- Some generalist people experience e.g. payroll, employment law, recruitment
- Some experience working in a role that requires strong emotional intelligence, relationship building and expectation-management skill.
- Be a great organiser and can give examples of simplifying and/or automating a process.
- Be comfortable working with data and taking an evidence based approach
- Engaging, enthusiastic and proactive communication skills. A natural question-asker
