**About the role..**

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team at Barnsley Recovery Steps.
As an Administrator your role will include:

- Providing telephone reception and maintaining and updating all service information resources.
- Co-ordinating internal and external messages and assisting in the preparation of written reports, having due regard for confidentiality.
- Supporting the clinical admin team, producing prescriptions and other clinical admin duties.
- Managing incoming calls via our single point of access desk, diverting these where necessary to relevant teams.
- Providing typing and word processing support for the staff team as necessary and taking and distributing minutes of meetings as required.
- Attending staff meetings, staff support groups and service meetings.
- Supporting reception duties and tasks.

This is a permanent role requiring the post-holder to work 37 hours per week, office based.
Driving licence is not required.

**About you**..

You're personable, proactive, highly motivated and would like to be part of a service who help people achieve their recovery goals. You’d also like to be part of an organisation that counts on the professionalism, insight, expertise and passion of its staff to inspire individual recovery for the people they work with.
Experience working as an Administrator is desirable. You’ll need to be proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication, administration, and good IT skills. Experience in clinical administration is desirable.
