Mental Health Recovery Worker

We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Mental Health Recovery Worker** to work as part of our Moultrie Road Nursing Team.

All our CQC registered homes aim to help people move on to more independent accommodation by providing support that meets their changing needs. We believe in the involvement of individuals in the management of their own condition. This means offering a stable home life, either for the long or short term, for all those that need our help.
Moultrie Road provides a 7 bedded, 24 hour staffed nursing service offering rehabilitation and support to people with severe mental illness. Individuals can be supported to move on into more independent accommodation with the option of move on into our CQC registered Supported Living Service. This service can be provided in one of our 3 bedded properties or in independent accommodation.
**How you will make a difference**
**Overview of the role purpose**
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
