**Your Role**
- Be the main point of contact for students, providing support and resolving queries with a high professional standard.
- Ensure the smooth running of academic programs by coordinating logistics, deadlines, and events.
- Monitor student performance and progression, offering guidance and intervention when needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain academic documentation and support the use of student information systems.
- Assist with organising business field trips, boot camps, and internal events for students.
- Participate in student engagement activities, such as conducting interviews** **and leading induction sessions.

**About You**
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in hospitality management or business).
- Experience in education or hospitality industries, with project management skills being a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- A proactive attitude and a team spirit.
