Role Description

This is a volunteer and remote Program Coordinator role. The Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and management of various programs, ensuring they align with the foundation's mission. Key responsibilities include coordinating the allocation of children to counsellors or support practitioners, maintaining up-to-date case records and ensuring safeguarding procedures are strictly followed. You would act as the primary point of contact for families, providing clear communication about service

pathways and session schedules. The role requires effective organization, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting the foundation's goals in creating safe homes for children.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management and Program Development skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee tasks and timelines effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members, stakeholders, and the community
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Passion for supporting children and building supportive communities
