**Customer Care Advisor**

As a **Customer Care Advisor**, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving issues in person. You’ll work directly with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure they feel valued and supported. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a dedication to enhancing the customer experience through personalised service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers in person, providing information and support for their inquiries and needs.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates directly with customers.
- Gather customer feedback during interactions, relaying insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and quick issue resolution.
- Stay informed on company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Provide follow-up assistance to customers as needed, ensuring a positive and complete resolution to their issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer care, retail, or a face-to-face customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle various customer requests professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a dedication to providing high-quality customer care.
