We are delighted to be advertising this new opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic team administrator to join our perinatal mental health team within the Parent and Baby day unit.
The role will involve supporting the team with admin tasks, managing and recording clinics, responding to calls and queries, petty cash, managing ordering of supplies, taking minutes and supporting with performance data.
The appointed individual will need to be innovative, compassionate and motivated.
To offer support to the team in completing administrative tasks.
The role will also involve supporting front of house on reception, meeting and greeting service users, their families and professionals into the building.
At the Parent and Baby unit we offer a day hospital service, community team and the lotus maternal mental health pathway.
You will be part of our multi-disciplinary team working alongside psychiatrists, nurses, CPN’s, psychologist and peer support workers. This is an exciting time for our team as we are currently developing new pathways within the team with the long term plan funding.
To offer support to the team in completing administrative tasks such attendance, discharge and outcome letters. Uploading referrals into the service, managing the medical clinics, audio typing, ordering of supplies and petty cash. The role will also involve minute taking and supporting front of house on reception, meeting and greeting service users, their families and professionals into the building.
