Join us as Principal Portfolio, Programme & Project Management Office (PMO) consultant to provide leadership in our PMOs, drive the development of Atkins’s Digital PMO offering and help our clients digitally transform their PMO business model, processes and culture. You'll be sharing your expertise and advice to help customers solve complex business and data problems at senior levels. With a hands-on approach, you'll ensure the teams design and deliver real solutions based on data driven decision making. We'll also rely on your commercial and technical insight to help develop the business. You'll feel a great sense of pride supporting organisations across government, defence, national security, and critical national infrastructure to realise tangible benefits from transformational change programmes. Alongside this, you’ll be the Digital PMO Technical Authority responsible for digitally transforming Atkins’ PMO services, sharing emerging technology trends and helping to shape the future of the practice. We are looking for highly motivated, collaborative PMO professionals who are passionate about technology and continual improvement of Project Controls services in complex environments. You will: - Utilise your knowledge of digitising PMOs to enable clients to make the most of their data. - Lead teams in the design, implementation, and delivery of PMOs with our clients to help realise their ambition for delivery excellence. - Collaborate and innovate across our business to evolve our Digital PMO service offerings. - Drive the development of thought leadership and digital capability within the practice, contributing to the building technical excellence in staff. - Develop trusted client relationships and build networks in familiar and new sectors. - Support our growth in new and existing clients. **What you can bring?** You will understand how to successfully design and lead PMOs across multiple sectors including digitally transforming PMO service offerings and developing those skills in others.
