We're looking for a PMO Specialist to join our innovative team and play a critical role in driving forward strategic digital transformation investments.What You'll Be DoingAs our PMO Specialist, you will ensure the smooth planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of our new Program across financials, procurement, and project performance. You will act as a key connector between track leaders, project stakeholders, finance, and leadership teams.Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinating all aspects of planning, budgeting, procurement, and project monitoring for the the ProgramSupporting project teams with financial forecasting, investment tracking, procurement, and reportingActing as a central point of contact between Track Leaders, Program Leader, and Sub Regional ManagementEnsuring all activities are executed on time, to standard, and within budgetMaintaining and updating key program documents including investment plans, project trackers, procurement records, and performance reportsCreating dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools to track bookings, investments, and deliverablesSupporting governance activities including board meetings, stakeholder updates, and audit preparationTracking and reporting on risks, issues, and interdependencies across tracksWhat You BringEssential Skills & ExperienceExceptional organization skills and attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning/analysis)Experience in time management and prioritization in an agile environmentDemonstrated ability to solve problems and manage risks and issues effectivelyA collaborative, proactive, and flexible approach to teamworkDesired (Nice-to-Have)Experience managing investment or transformation programsBackground in budget, cost management, and reportingFamiliarity with Cisco procurement systems/processesExperience with Salesforce.com or similar for bookings/investments trackingUnderstanding of project and program management methodologiesPeople Source Consulting Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
